Customized monthly training plan

This is a training program tailored just for you!

After an extensive initial consultation, you will be provided a monthly plan that is based around your goals, events, fitness level, physiology and the amount of time you are able to devote to training. This schedule takes into account family and work obligations and will focus on quality verses quantity training time.

You will receive a complete day to day schedule that is internet based for easy access and viewing for you as well as your coach. You will be given clear work out descriptions to follow as well as important exercises to do each week.

You are provided email and phone access, and will be asked to fill in your training program as you complete it. This way, you coach will be able to effectively track your training and your progress. Modifications to your plan are made as necessary.
